산업용 디스플레이 화면은 철 프레임과 패널 사이의 큰 간격으로 인해 당사의 전체 프로젝트를 예로 들어 보겠습니다(그림 참조). 철 프레임에서 LCD 패널까지 0.8mm의 간격이 있습니다. 시중에는 두 가지 종류의 치료 솔루션이 있습니다. :

첫째, 풀 라미네이션을 위해 OCA 접착제를 사용하는 OCA 라미네이션에는 진공 탈기가 필요합니다. 패널과 철 프레임 사이의 간격이 너무 크기 때문에 디스플레이 화면 주위에 완전히 제거할 수 없는 기포가 남아 있어 기포가 쉽게 튀어오르게 됩니다. 비율은 매우 낮습니다.

둘째, 물 접착제, 액체 물 접착제를 사용하면 디스플레이 편광판에 쉽게 침투하여 디스플레이 품질이 저하됩니다. 또한 산업용 스크린은 대부분 TN 스크린이므로 물 파문 문제 후에 물 접착제가 나타납니다!

따라서 시중에 나와 있는 대부분의 산업용 디스플레이 화면은 프레임을 제거한 채로 프레임을 붙이거나 풀핏하는 방식을 사용하고 있습니다. 그러나 철골을 분해한 후에는 A/S를 받을 수 없으며, 디스플레이 화면의 견고성이 손상되었습니다. 드디어 제품의 풀핏이라는 본래의 의도를 잃어버린 것!
