Primeiro, usando adesivo OCA para laminação completa, a laminação OCA precisa de desaeração a vácuo. Como a lacuna entre o painel e a estrutura de ferro é muito grande, haverá bolhas residuais ao redor da tela, que não podem ser completamente removidas, e as bolhas saltarão facilmente. A taxa é muito baixa.

Em segundo lugar, o uso de cola de água, a cola de água líquida penetra facilmente no polarizador da tela, resultando em uma exibição ruim. Além disso, as telas industriais são principalmente telas TN, a cola de água aparecerá após o problema de ondulação da água!

Portanto, a maioria das telas industriais no mercado usa o esquema de colagem de moldura ou ajuste completo com moldura sendo removida. No entanto, após a desmontagem da estrutura de ferro, o serviço pós-venda não pode ser prestado e a solidez da tela foi destruída. Que finalmente perdeu a intenção original de caimento total do produto!
