Grahowlet technology products are all in line with our standards for the inspection of standard products, our products provide up to 1 years warranty period!During the period, we undertake after-sales service, if there are customers with special needs, the warranty period can be extended accordigly! In the event of after-sales quality issues, we are commit to respond within 24H, and coordinate quality inspection department to pick-up complaints. A report and solution will be given after the issue being confirmed. t If it is the issue of product quality, we commit to replace the product for free. if it is other reasons, we will help customers solve problems, and find improved solutions.
